Manoj has approximately three decades of professional experience in book keeping and accounting services, assurance services, tax optimization and advisory services to domestic clients and MNC's.

Over the years of his practice, he has gained vast experience in various challenging and diversified projects in Assurance, Statutory and Internal auditing, GST advisory, GST compliance, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Assessment, Appeals and Litigation services and Tax and Investment optimization services for promoter families and domestic and international corporate clients.

His expertise cuts across sectors and industries including real estate, metals, chemicals, trading companies. Manoj has been the convenor for the Matunga CA Study Circle for 4 years and has been a regular member to give lectures on various topics including VAT and GST.

Manoj is a Commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Viraj has got approximately six years of professional experience in tax and regulatory structuring and consulting advisory to domestic clients, MNCs and global private equity (PE) firms including tax optimization and corporate restructuring advisory services.

As part of the M&A (Tax) team at one of the Big 4s, Viraj has gained vast experience in conceptualizing, strategizing, evaluating, structuring and implementing various M&A transaction including merger scheme implementations, foreign investments structuring, tax due diligence, financial restructuring, and other transactions. Viraj has also assisted various PEs in tax structuring for their Indian investments as well as exits. Also, he has gained relevant experience in Transfer Pricing audits and tax assessment, appeals and litigation services.

Viraj is a Commerce graduate and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
